Ingredients

  • Milk 1kg


  • Lemon juice 4 tsp


  • Choco chips 1/2 cup


  • Coco powder 1tsp


  • For sugar syrup , sugar 1cup


  • Water 2 cup

Directions

  • Boil the milk
  • Add lemon juice in it
  • Then strain it n separate paneer n water
  • Wash it in cold water
  • Then take a bowl
  • Add paneer n coco powder in it..
  • N mix it for 7 mins
  • Then take small mixture n fill choco chips in it
  • N make round balls
  • Then take a cooker
  • Add sugar n water in it n boil it
  • N make one tar sugar syrup
  • Then add all paneer balls in hot sugar syrup
  • N close the cooker
  • When 1 whistle blow..
  • Its done..
  • Serve chilled
